Welcome to Gteefans, where every crochet sunflower is handmade with care and sent with love. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your order safely and efficiently, so your handmade sunshine arrives ready to brighten your space.
1. Shipping Area
Currently, Gteefans offers shipping to the following international markets:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal
- Oceania: Australia
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or overseas U.S. territories (like Puerto Rico and Guam). We only serve standard residential or business addresses in the listed countries.
2. Carriers & service levels
We work with reliable, trusted shipping partners to make sure every handmade sunflower reaches you safely and on time.

FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL for international deliveries to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, and Canada.
All shipments include end-to-end tracking so you can follow your sunflower’s journey from our studio to your home. A signature is not required for delivery unless you specifically request it at checkout or Gteefans adds it for security reasons.
3. Processing time, Shipping times & costs (by region)
Each crochet plant at Gteefans is a unique, handmade item. When you place an order, it goes through our processing stage:
- Processing time = quality check + packing + label before pickup. Our team carefully inspects your plant, prepares it, and packages it with materials designed to protect its delicate form. This typically takes 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08 (PST)) are processed the same business day, helping us ship your item faster. Orders placed later are handled the following business day.
- Shipping time = in-transit window after pickup.
- Tracking Activated: Once shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.
PLEASE NOTE: Business days: Monday–Friday (U.S. public holidays excluded). International lanes to the UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA may need extra time for customs/security. Severe weather, local holidays, strikes, or network backlogs can add 1–3 business days. Address changes after dispatch may add a re-route fee and delay delivery.
The amount shown at checkout is the shipping charge paid to Gteefans. Simple approach: flat rates with clear free-shipping thresholds.

4. Packaging & Ship-from / staging address

At Gteefans, we take great care to ensure your handmade crochet sunflower arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is thoughtfully packaged by hand, cushioned with soft protective materials, and securely placed in a sturdy box to prevent any bending or crushing during transit. Our goal is for your sunflower to arrive just as beautiful as when it left our studio, ready to brighten your space right out of the box.
5. Order Tracking
- Allow 24–72 hours for scans to appear, especially on international routes while customs screening is pending.
- Freight tracking may show “label created” until the shipment is assigned to a local terminal. If there is no update after 72 hours, contact Gteefans via official email: support@gteefans.com so the carrier can be checked.
6. Damaged or Lost Goods
While we take great care, issues can occasionally arise:
- Damaged Goods: If you discover any damage upon delivery (e.g., squashed or broken components), please contact us within 72 hours. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Lost Goods: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 days and the package has not been delivered within 20 business days, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier. If declared lost, we will reship your order at no charge or issue a refund.
7. Order Cancellation
Because we process and pack orders quickly, please request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if needed.
- Orders canceled before they are processed or shipped will be fully refunded.
- Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible as the item is in transit. At this stage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your handmade plant. Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
- Standard Returns: Returns are accepted if the plant is in its original condition and packaging. You must follow our detailed return process.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, Gteefans will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For other reasons (such as a change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, all refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
