SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Gteefans, where every crochet sunflower is handmade with care and sent with love. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your order safely from our California warehouse to your doorstep.

1. SHIPPING AREA

Gteefans currently offers shipping exclusively within the United States (all 50 states).

  • Note: To ensure safe and reliable delivery of our handmade items, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or overseas U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). A physical street address is required for all orders.

2. CARRIERS & TRACKING

We partner with trusted domestic carriers to ensure your handmade sunshine arrives safely and on time:

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking: All shipments include end-to-end tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 24–48 hours after your order is dispatched.

3. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Each crochet piece at Gteefans is a unique, handmade item that undergoes a final quality check before shipping.

  • Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (PT – Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). This includes a final inspection, secure packaging, and label generation.

  • Shipping Time: 4–6 business days.

4. PACKAGING & SHIP-FROM ADDRESS

  • Ship-from Address: 149 W 6th St, San Bernardino, CA 92401, United States.

  • Artisan Packaging: Every sunflower is thoughtfully cushioned with protective materials and placed in a sturdy, reinforced box to prevent any bending or crushing during transit. We ensure your item arrives just as beautiful as when it left our artisan’s hands in Vietnam.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your crochet item arrives squashed or damaged, please contact us at support@gteefans.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost Packages: If there is no tracking movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a reshipment or a full refund if the package is declared lost.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • 12-Hour Window: Because we process and pack orders quickly at our California facility, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
