Welcome to Gteefans. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain—in clear, simple language—how you may use https://gteefans.com (the “Website”), what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. The Website is operated by Gteefans under YUPTREND LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Our store currently serves customers exclusively within the United States.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND ARTISAN NATURE

We specialize in handcrafted crochet sunflowers and amigurumi. Because our products are handmade by artisans in Vietnam, please note:

• Handmade Variations: Each piece is unique. Minor differences in stitching, size, and facial expressions (for amigurumi) are hallmarks of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

• Material & Color: We use high-quality yarn. However, colors may vary slightly due to different dye lots or your monitor settings.

• Care Instructions: Crochet items are delicate. To maintain their beauty, do not machine wash or expose to direct flames. Spot clean only with a damp cloth if necessary.

Prices and stock can change at any time. All prices are in USD. If we find a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

• Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation.

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and PayPal via secure gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full card details.

• Cancellations: Since we focus on Ready-to-Ship items, you must request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier in California, it cannot be cancelled.

5. SHIPPING AND RISK

• Fulfillment: All orders are inspected and shipped from our warehouse in San Bernardino, CA.

• Title and Risk: Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) delivers the package to the address you provided.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website—including text, artisan photography, logos, and crochet designs—is the property of Gteefans (YUPTREND LTD). You may not copy or reuse any content without our express written permission.

User Content: If you share photos or reviews with us, you grant Gteefans a worldwide license to use that content for marketing purposes (with credit where practical).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gteefans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather or carrier strikes).

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Bernardino, CA.
