ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gteefans, we value flexibility and transparency. Because our handmade crochet sunflowers are processed and packed quickly at our California facility to ensure fast delivery, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations.

1. THE CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the shipping process has not yet started.

  • In Processing: If your order has already been packed and handed over to our fulfillment team, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

  • Already Shipped: Once a tracking number is generated and the package leaves our San Bernardino warehouse, cancellations are strictly unavailable.

If your order is no longer eligible for cancellation, you may still be able to return it once it arrives. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further guidance.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@gteefans.com within the 12-hour window. Please include:

  • Your Order ID (e.g., #GT1234).

  • The Email Address used at checkout.

  • Subject Line: [URGENT] Cancellation Request – Order # (Your Order Number).

Our team will review your request and confirm via email whether the cancellation was successful.

3. REFUND PROCESS

If your cancellation is approved within the eligible window:

  • Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund (including any shipping fees) to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days by our system.

  • Bank Posting: Please note that your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or your bank) may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

4. AFTER 12 HOURS

Once the 12-hour window has passed, our team has typically already prepared your crochet items for dispatch. At this stage, we cannot halt the shipping process. If you no longer want the item, you must wait for it to be delivered and then follow our standard return procedure.
