RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Gteefans, every crochet sunflower is handmade with care, crafted to bring warmth and joy to your space. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet expectations, our Return & Refund Policy below explains how we handle exchanges, refunds, and replacements for our customers within the United States.
1. OUR GUARANTEE AND RETURN WINDOW
We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return/Exchange Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process according to the guidelines below.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS
A. Returns Due to Gteefans’s Fault (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item) If we made a mistake or your item was damaged in transit, we will make it right.

Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must be placed back in its protective packaging to ensure safe return transit and prevent the yarn from getting damaged or dirty.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery due to improper care.

Items returned without intact original packaging.
B. General Returns (Change of Mind, No Longer Needed) If the crochet item is in perfect condition but you simply wish to return it:

Cost: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Resolution: Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the product value only. Original shipping fees ($4.99) are non-refundable.
3. RETURN PROCESS (STEP-BY-STEP)
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Step 1: Request a Return

Email us at support@gteefans.com within the 30-day window.

Provide your order number and detailed reason for the return.

For faulty/damaged items: Attach clear photos showing the issue and the outer packaging.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our Customer Support team will reply within 1–2 business days.

We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the necessary shipping instructions (including a prepaid label if the return is due to our fault).

Step 3: Pack & Return the Item

Repack the crochet item securely in its original packaging so it does not lose its shape.

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and confirm the item’s condition at our California warehouse.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (ALTERNATIVE TO RETURN)
If the crochet plant you receive is squashed or broken due to rough handling by our shipping partner, you may not need to return it. Please follow these steps:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging.

Once reviewed, we will immediately craft and send a free replacement to resolve the issue faster than a full return process.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because we process and pack orders quickly, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled.
