Gteefans Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Guarantee and Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, we offer a guarantee for exchange and accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Money Guarantee/Exchange: We offer an exchange within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  • Standard Return Window: If you wish to return the item for a refund, you must initiate the process according to the guidelines below.

1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

A. Returns Due to Gteefans’s Fault (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)

Returns are generally accepted provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Our handcrafted products are packaged in their original packaging.
  • Packaging: The item must be placed back in its protective packaging to ensure safe return transit.
  • Assembly: Since our products are shipped fully formed, they must be returned intact (no disassembly is required or recommended).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original, without intact packaging.
  • Clearance, Final Sale, or customized items.

B. General Returns (Change of Mind, Doesn’t Fit, No Longer Needed)

If the item is in perfect condition but you simply wish to return it:

Cost Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Solution Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).

2. Process for Returns

To return an item, you must first contact our support team. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its condition before issuing a refund.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Email to: support@gteefans.com within the 30-day window or Make Custom Request
  • Provide: Your order number and detailed reason for the return.
  • For faulty/damaged items: Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

  • Our Customer Support team will reply within 1–2 business days.
  • We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the necessary shipping instructions (including a prepaid label if the return is due to our fault).

Step 3: Pack & Return the Item

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include all parts, manuals, and proof of purchase.
  • Ship to the address provided by our support team.

4. Money Back Guarantee

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and confirm the item’s condition.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items (Alternative to Return)

If the product you receive is dented or broken due to our shipping partner, you do not need to return it immediately. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging.
  3. Once reviewed, we will send a new package for a replacement and upgrade the shipping method from Standard to Express shipping for this package unit at no extra cost, typically resolving the issue faster than a full return process.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding each country in Europe,  North America, Oceania, and public holidays).
  • Transit Time: 5–6 business days (depending on carrier and destination).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same day.
